Saturday, September 8, 8 a.m.:  “Step into Fall” 5K walk and 10K run is sponsored by The Fulton County Wellness Committee and Blue Cross Blue Shield.  The event, which starts and ends at the Fulton County government center (141 Pryor Street Atlanta, Georgia 30303), will take walkers and runners on a fitness journey through the streets of downtown Atlanta.   All participants will receive an event t-shirt and healthy snacks to keep them going through the event. Mr. Cardiotone will be onsite on race day to warm up participants before the race begins. Prizes will be awarded to top three fastest male and female walkers and runners, top two fastest male and female walkers and runners over 50 years old and under 18 years old, as well as largest team participation. All employees, retirees and family members are invited to attend.
